    1. A pretty good intro to conditioning work outs. No BS here, this stuff would actually get you into shape. Note that the manual is not complete with out the DVD, or the DVD with out the manual. The DVD shows various exercises, and the manual covers ways one might put them into a useful program. "Full Throttle Conditioning" is geared toward the martial artist, but would probably be pretty useful for some one trying to enhance their general fitness.On the short coming side, it does not provide any r [...]

    2. A masterpiece on conditioning. This is to conditioning what Zatsiorsky's books are to strength training. BUT - don't expect a step by step by the numbers program. This is more principle based. For those that self-coach and want to create their own programming. If you want 'do-this' type books go with Infinite Intensity or Tactical Barbell 2: Conditioning.
